What travelers should know
A luxury resort in an active soft-opening phase.
Tower 1 is open and many major amenities are operating, including the lobby, gym, Fanayami restaurant, lazy river, pools, Jacuzzis, aqua bars, infinity pool, and private beach area.
The official resort website lists Tower One as completed and Tower Two as in progress. Guests should expect possible daytime construction or owner renovation noise, reported between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Always confirm the latest conditions with the rental manager before paying.

Is Sonoran Star fully completed?+
No. Tower 1 is operating, while additional development and some privately managed interior work continue. Daytime construction noise is possible.
What parking is available?+
Guests currently use a compacted dirt parking area near the lobby. Covered parking and onsite EV charging are planned but are not yet available.
Are the pools heated?+
The resort offers both heated and non-heated water areas, including heated family and adult pools. Current operation can vary with maintenance and season.
Is Sonoran Star all-inclusive?+
No. Sonoran Star is a condominium resort. Units vary by owner and may include kitchens; food and drinks are purchased separately.
