No. First-time flyers are welcome. The crew gives a safety briefing and explains how the boat-deck takeoff and landing work.
06How early should I arrive?+
Follow the meeting location and check-in instructions in your confirmation email and arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled window.
07What happens if the weather is unsafe?+
Parasailing depends on safe wind, sea, visibility, and Port Captain conditions. Deposits are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for unsafe conditions, the amount paid becomes a transferable booking credit valid for 12 months from the original tour date; no cash refund is issued.
08What should I bring?+
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses with a secure strap, a towel, water, and clothes suitable for a boat ride. Secure phones and cameras, and follow crew instructions for personal belongings.
