About Las Gaviotas

Las Gaviotas sits on the beach next to Peñasco del Sol and roughly two blocks from Calle 13. Its low-rise condos are arranged in front and back rows around the pool, creating a smaller, more residential alternative to Rocky Point’s large resort towers.
